If you have clients in the US that only target particular cities you would probably be using Adword's geo-targeting feature. However there are certain cities that are not included on the main list.

Example :

Client is targeting Oklahoma City, OK <- since this is "itemized" on the list of cities under Oklahoma there is no problem targeting this area. Now, what if the client wants to target 3 cities and counties within Oklahoma that are not included in the itemized list?

Chances are one would opt for the Custom-mapping feature of the tool. By clicking different areas on the map you would be able to identify (thru coordinates) the coverage of your campaigns.

Has anyone tried using this feature? Any problems you have encountered with the main metrics? (impressions, clicks, QS etc...)?
